- We accept returns of products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase
- Products must be received at the return center within 50 days of the purchase date for a refund. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees cannot be refunded.
- Please contact us if an item arrives damaged or seems defective. Provide the order ID number and detailed information regarding the damaged or defective product and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue.
- Items must be in brand new condition, unopened and have their original barcode sticker, and original packaging(if applicable) to qualify for a refund.
- Returns must include a Return Merchandise Form (RMA).
- All returns will be reviewed by our staff to determine if the item is in new, unopened, unused condition.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method once the product is deemed in new condition. At the customer’s request, a store credit may instead be given.
- International Road Dynamics reserves the right to decline refund requests if the product has been used, opened, or in question.
- In general, we highly recommend using a tracked form of mailing such as delivery confirmation or registered mail. International Road Dynamics is not responsible for any return packages that get lost in the mail transit process.
- Returns are processed once a week by the warehouse so please allow 7 to 10 days after the return is received for it to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
